The role: This role will work closely with and support one experienced Senior Strata Manager who manages a well-structured portfolio of 28 buildings (approximately 1,800 lots). About the Role As an Assistant Strata Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Senior Strata Manager with day-to-day portfolio management Handling owner and contractor enquiries Assisting with meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders Issuing notices, correspondence and general administration Supporting compliance, records and reporting requirements About You 1 year experience in strata (assistant or junior level preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills Confident liaising with owners, committees and contractors Well-presented, proactive and keen to learn Familiarity with strata legislation and processes (NSW preferred) What’s on Offer Salary package of $70,000 – $80,000 super , depending on experience Supportive environment working alongside a highly experienced Senior Manager Stable, well-managed portfolio Convenient Inner South location Genuine career development and progression opportunities If you’re looking to step into a supportive role where you can grow your strata career and gain exposure to a large, well-run portfolio, we’d love to hear from you.
